Windows
Measure in cm from the edge side to side and from the top
of the window to the inside cill. Please note that for
quotation purposes measurements can be to the nearest 5cm.

Doors
Measure in the same way as a flat window.

Bay
Windows
Count the number of flat windows to the bay and measure each
one as above.

Bow Windows
For a new bow window measure the overall width and height
of the existing flat window.

Conservatory
Measure the overall width and depth required taking care that
there are no major obstructions or boundaries. Note: Drains
can usually be moved and manholes raised and sealed at extra
cost. If you are reasonably flexible about the size of your
conservatory please enter approximate sizes and we will adjust
the measurement to suit the style.

Safety Glass
Safety glass will be necessary for all doors and windows lower
than 80cm from the internal floor level. It is also necessary
for windows and side panels adjacent to doors. Do not worry
if you miss this because safety glass can be added at the
time of your survey.
